The agreement, though nonbinding, aims to expand cooperation between China and California on renewable energy, zero-emission vehicles and low-carbon urban development, Brown’s office said. It will establish a joint working group of Chinese and Californian officials to come up with ways to work together, and to invest in programs that would cut carbon emissions.

Brown signed the pact with Wan Gang, China’s minister of science and technology, before meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

“California is the leading economic state in America and we are also the pioneering state on clean technology, cap and trade, electric vehicles and batteries, but we can’t do it alone,” Brown said Tuesday. “We need a very close partnership with China, with your businesses, with your provinces, with your universities.”

Brown is in the middle of a weeklong trip to China, where he has signed similar agreements with leaders from Sichuan and Jiangsu provinces. Brown will headline the Under2 Clean Energy Forum on Wednesday in Beijing, a gathering of 170 cities, states and nations working to keep the global average temperature increase under two degrees Celsius.

Energy Secretary Rick Perry, the former Texas governor, is also attending the meeting in Beijing. Perry said Tuesday the Trump administration will pursue an “all of the above” energy strategy, according to the Associated Press.

Brown was sharply critical of Trump’s decision to pull the U.S. out of the Paris climate accord, reached last year by all but two other nations. Brown, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) established the U.S. Climate Alliance to push states to adhere to the goals of the Paris agreement, even after Trump’s decision.

“The president has already said climate change is a hoax, which is the exact opposite of virtually all scientific and worldwide opinion,” Brown said. “I don’t believe fighting reality is a good strategy.”

On Monday, the three Democrats said nine other states and Puerto Rico had joined their pledge to uphold the accord. Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia all agreed to reduce carbon emissions to between 26 percent and 28 percent below 2005 levels, while meeting targets of the Clean Power Plan, an Obama-era rule the Trump administration has revoked.

Seven of the nine states are led by Democratic governors. Vermont and Massachusetts are led by Republicans.

“Our administration looks forward to continued, bipartisan collaboration with other states to protect the environment, grow the economy and deliver a brighter future to the next generation,” Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (R) said in a statement.

“Growing our economy and protecting our environment by supporting clearer anymore affordable energy and transportation choices can go together,” Vermont Gov. Phil Scott (R) said. “If our national government isn’t willing to lead in this area, the states are prepared to step up and lead.”

Finally one of the leakers has been discovered and immediately the Department of Justice is acting and pressing charges on the federal contractor Reality L. Winner.

She was able to print out classified information at the DOJ and simply walk out and hand it to a reporter that then released it without question.

The NSA and DOJ claim that they have safeguards in place to stop this but with all of the leaks that come out seemingly every week, those promises have been proven wrong time and time again.

That is where Jason Chaffetz stepped in during his appearance on Fox News earlier tonight.

Chaffetz wasn’t messing around and immediately went for the throat of these leakers that think that they can get away with handing out classified information.

His response to the exposing of Reality Winner and the leakers that are still out there was simple.

And this is exactly what should happen. No matter what party you belong to or what your problem is with the president, leaking classified information is a serious crime and should be punished with the full force of the law.

Chaffetz also brought up the lack of safeguards or the apparent lack of them with the ease that this classified information was leaked.

If a government contractor can walk in print out classified documents and then hand them to a reporter that should know better, these safeguards either don’t exist or aren’t working.

It is time to plug the holes that these leakers are leaving and make sure they are all caught and brought to justice.

They are not only breaking the law but also betraying their country and the secret information of our country that they are not to share with anyone.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan is calling on the British government to cancel a state visit from President Trump after Trump criticized his response to this weekend’s terror attacks in London.

“I don’t think we should roll out the red carpet to the president of the USA in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for,” Khan said in an interview with Britain’s Channel 4 News.

“When you have a special relationship it is no different from when you have got a close mate. You stand with them in times of adversity but you call them out when they are wrong. There are many things about which Donald Trump is wrong.”

Trump criticized Khan for his comments following the weekend terror attack in London that killed at least seven people and wounded dozens more.

Trump appeared to be referencing Khan’s comments earlier in the day in which he said there was no reason to worry about the increased police presence in London.

Khan’s spokesperson said Sunday that he wouldn’t respond to Trump’s tweet, saying he had “more important things to do.”

“He has more important things to do than respond to Donald Trump’s ill-informed tweet that deliberately takes out of context his remarks urging Londoners not to be alarmed when they saw more police — including armed officers — on the streets,” the spokesperson said.

Khan has previously called for Trump to be denied a state visit in Britain. He pointed to Trump’s executive order barring refugees and people from seven predominantly Muslim countries from entering the U.S. as his reason, calling the order “cruel.”

“In those circumstances, we shouldn’t be rolling out the red carpet,” he said.

A 25-year old woman named Reality Leigh Winner has been accused of leaking Top Secret information to the press in charges filed by the Justice Department.

This is HUGE. Leakers have been disrupting President Trump’s administration since his presidency began, damaging the reputation of the administration and causing massive security risks.

Winner had Top Secret security clearance and was working for a government contractor, Pluribus International, in Augusta, Georgia since February 13^th.

According to the Justice Department complaint against Winner, she:

“printed and improperly removed classified intelligence reporting, which contained classified national defense information from an intelligence community agency, and unlawfully retained it.”

Later, she allegedly sent the information through the mail to a news outlet.

These documents contained classified information about attempted Russian interference in voter registration systems last year.

I find it so hard to believe that anyone would want to compromise our national security by leaking classified information, but it has been happening more and more lately in an effort to undermine the Trump administration.

Luckily Winner—who sounds more like a ‘Loser’ if you ask me—has been caught and will hopefully be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to deter other potential leakers.

President Trump officially unveiled the first part of his infrastructure overhaul plan in a speech Monday afternoon that will kick off what the White House has called “Infrastructure Week.” Monday’s speech focused primarily on updating and reforming the country’s air traffic control system with a plan that will “take American air travel into the future.” You need to see the amazing thing he does in the second video.

President Trump stated:

“For too many years our country has tolerated unacceptable delays at the airport. Long wait times on the tarmac, and the slowing of commerce and travel that cost us billions and billions of dollars in lost hours and lost dollars themselves…Our plan will get you where you need to go more quickly, more reliably, more affordably.”

Although airplanes were invented in America, the country’s air traffic control system has not kept up with current technology, still using outdated ground-based radar in an era when even cell phones use satellite tracking technologies.

The air traffic control reforms will also include spinning off the entire system into a private entity. Air traffic control is currently run by the Federal Aviation Authority. President Trump argues that the privatization would enhance accountability within air traffic control through changes in oversight rules and regulations.

President Trump has called his plan an “air travel revolution.” The plan is one of the biggest changes to air travel policy in decades.

The Democrats were just delt a massive blow last night courtesy of Vladimir Putin and his new buddy, Megyn Kelly.

Y’all probably remember how the left loves sayin’ how Putin’s got some dirty info on Donald Trump, right? That’s their whole reason they call Trump a “puppet”. Well, during Kelly’s first interview with NBC, the Russian President himself set that rumor to bed once-and-for-all…

Putin said that Russia has NO incriminating information of President Trump.

Vladimir Putin told Megyn Kelly,

“This is just another load of nonsense. Where would we get this information from? Why, did we have some special relationship with him?

We didn’t have any relationship at all. There was a time when he used to come to Moscow. But you know, I never met with him.”

He also went on to say there were NO secret meetings between the Trump campaign and Kremlin and his “jaw dropped” when he heard that. The whole interview is fantastic and you should absolutely watch it right here:

The Senate is finally investigating Hillary Clinton for corruption.

The investigation will look into Clinton’s effort to impede a Bangladesh government corruption probe of Muhammad Yunus, a Clinton Foundation donor and one of her close, personal friends.

Senator Grassley’s official statement to current Secretary of State Tillerson read:

“If the Secretary of State used her position to intervene in an independent investigation by a sovereign government simply because of a personal and financial relationship stemming from the Clinton Foundation rather than the legitimate foreign policy interests of the United States, then that would be unacceptable.

“Co-mingling her official position as Secretary of State with her family foundation would be similarly inappropriate. It is vital to determine whether the State Department had any role in the threat of an IRS audit against the son of the Prime Minister in retaliation for this investigation.”

See? Hillary is finally where she should be. Donald Trump said it was gonna happen, and now it’s happening.

Don’t let the media get you down and say “It’s not like they are investigating her taking bribes by foreign officials” either. Remember that they took down Al Capone on simple tax evasion.
