Military Children Were at the White House for the Christmas Season — Then the First Lady Walked In
On Monday, the White House hosted children whose parents are stationed at Joint Base Andrews to celebrate the Christmas season.
While the kids were busy with their activities, First Lady Melania Trump walked in the room, and the children were more than excited to see her.
“Are you the first lady?” one of the kids asked.
“She seriously looks like an angel,” one child said. “I wanna hug her,” said another. Many of them did end up running up to hug her.
Mrs. Trump spent time talking to the kids and helping them build seasonal decorations.
